Facnor Batten Car with Torlon Ball Bearing

FL10+ (Ø6.35mm torlon ball bearing)

• CNC machined in one block. 
• Assembled with a toggle, M10 stainless steel thread. 
• Hard anodizing (black). 
• Quick release pin, secured by a spring device. 
• Fits FR25x15 tracks (black, 2m long) as well as the former FR25 tracks (grey, 1.7m long).    
• Assembled on a piece of track (NON captive torlon balls). 
• Cars fitted with rubber patches in order to prevent from impacts between cars when lowering the mainsail. 
• Each FL10+ car is fitted with 40 torlon® balls Ø6.35mm.

This reference includes :

• 1x FL10+ CNC machined and black anodized batten car. 
• 1x toggle for batten box fixation (full battened Mainsail), M10 stainless steel thread. 
• 1x Ø6mm quick release pin in stainless steel. 

FL20+ (Ø6.35mm torlon ball bearing)

• CNC machined in one block. 
• Assembled with a toggle, M10 stainless steel thread. 
• Hard anodizing (black). 
• Quick release pin, secured by a spring device. 
• Fits FR25x15 tracks (black, 2m long) as well as the former FR25 tracks (grey, 1.7m long).    
• Assembled on a piece of track (NON captive torlon balls).

FL30+ (Ø7.94mm torlon ball bearing)

• Quick release pin, secured by a spring device. 
• Fits FR25x15 tracks (black, 2m long) as well as the former FR25 tracks (grey, 1.7m long).

FL40+ (Ø7.94mm torlon® ball bearing)

• CNC machined in one block. 
• Assembled with a toggle, M12 stainless steel thread.    
• Hard anodizing (black). 
• Quick release pin, secured by a spring device. 
• Fits FR40 tracks (grey, 1.7m long).      
• Assembled on a piece of track (NON captive torlon balls). 
• Cars fitted with rubber patches in order to prevent from impacts between cars when lowering the mainsail. 
• Each FL40+ car is fitted with 62 torlon® balls Ø7.94mm.

This reference includes :

• 1x FL40+ CNC machined and black anodized batten car
• 1x toggle for batten box fixation (full battened Mainsail), M12 stainless steel thread
• 1x Ø8mm quick release pin in stainless steel.
