MIRKA Mirlon Total Abrasive Discs, 225mm, 10 Pack
Mirka Mirlon Total is an advanced version of the Mirlon non-woven abrasives, offering a denser structure with more aggressive cutting action while maintaining the flexibility needed for contoured surfaces. Designed for efficient surface conditioning, Mirlon Total creates a more consistent scratch pattern, making it ideal for blending, matting, and fine finishing across various materials.
These discs are available in 150mm and 225mm diameters, ensuring compatibility with hand and machine sanding applications. The three-dimensional abrasive fiber structure enhances performance and durability, while its open structure minimizes clogging.
These 225mm Mirlon Total discs are used with the Mirka LEROS or LEROS-S wall sanders. It is recommended that an interface pad is used for efficient dust extraction.
The Mirlon range is widely recognized for its consistent quality and versatility in surface preparation. These abrasives are frequently used in automotive refinishing, wood processing, and composite material applications.
