Davey Bronze Oar Clamp
This bronze clamp holds and locks oars or paddles in place. The clamp's arms wrap around the oars while the shaft passes through the dinghies thwart or seat. Once in position, a pin or padlock will secure the oars preventing their removal.
Oar clamps are ideal for securing timber oars when storing a dinghy vertically, or to prevent the loss of an oar when the dinghy is under tow.
At additional cost a bronze socket is available separately (pictured above) to make a neat job of the thwart hole and for additional security.
