• What’s the difference between the L-Class and M-Class models? The 1230 L is an L-Class dust extractor, suitable for general dust extraction tasks. It’s ideal for non-hazardous dust like sawdust, paint dust, or general debris. If you're working with hazardous dust (like MDF or silica), you’ll need the M-Class version.
• Does this unit come with a filter? Yes, it comes with a PET fleece filter pre-installed, which is washable and durable. You can also purchase replacement filters if needed.
• Is this dust extractor good for mobile work? Yes! It is ideal for transport and job sites because it is so light and compact.
• Does it have filter cleaning? This unit features Push & Clean (PC) filter cleaning. You just press the button to manually clean the filter with a blast of air. For automatic cleaning, check out the 1230 M AFC model.
• Can I use it with wet material? Yes. It’s suitable for both wet and dry extraction, but make sure you remove the dust bag before wet use to avoid damage.
