Copper Roves 3/8" (1.0mm)
Copper roves (or copper rivets) for traditional wooden boat building. Copper rivets are commonly used for fastening planks when building clinker (also known as lapstrake) or carvel-planked vessels.
Note that users of Chinese-sourced copper roves (now widely available in Australia) are likely to find these US-made roves considerably thicker.
Roves are sized to work with specific nail gauges so be sure to order the correct roves and copper nails as set out below:
