Strongarope Rope - Polypropylene 8 Strand Braided
This High Tenacity Polypropylene (HT.P.P) rope, also known as Tiger Rope, is commonly used as mooring, dock and anchor lines on larger boats. Also suitable for use as a tow rope for small ships and tugs.
Features
- Colour: Yellow/Black
- Nearly twice the strength of manilla rope of the same size.
- Positive buoyancy (floats).
- Does not absorb water and therefore, does not decay.
- Resistance to acid, alkali and most chemicals.
- Spliced eye 1.8m long at both ends covered with synthetic leather.
- 0.3% UV stabilised (50% more than the industry standard).
- Made to Australian Standard AS4142.2-1993
