Dometic SeaStar Hydraulic Steering Filler Kit
Essential for bleeding a new or existing hydraulic steering system, this tube has the required fittings to screw directly into a Seastar Dometic hydraulic steering helm (3⁄8" NPT). Provides simple no-spill visible filling and purging of SeaStar helms.
It is used to connect a standard 1 Litre bottle of hydraulic fluid to the helm pump so no air enters the system. Just attach, invert oil bottle and pierce base of oil container to start the flow.
Once you have a clean, empty bottle, we suggest cutting the bottom off the bottle to use as a funnel if additional hydraulic fluid is needed to completely bleed the system.
